General FAQ's
How do we place an order with whitespace design?
You can either place your order online or book a consultation to come out and view our stationery, at Whitespace Design, 56 Rathmore Road, Antrim, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. If you order online you can choose to pay by cheque or with your credit or debit card. To pay by cheque, simply send full payment with your order confirmation after submitting your details online.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your order before we have ordered the materials required you will receive an 80% refund. You cannot cancel your order once we have ordered the materials.
Can we order samples of your wedding stationery?

Will you print our guest's names on our wedding invitations?
Yes, guest names are printed on all of our wedding invitations, unless otherwise requested. These can be emailed to wording@whitespace-design.co.uk (preferabely a Word Document) after you place your order.
Can you address the envelopes?
Both our Invitation and RSVP envelopes have addresses printed unless otherwise requested. Guest names and addresses can be emailed to wording@whitespace-design.co.uk
Do we need to have all the guest names and addresses ready when ordering?
No, these can be emailed at a later date to wording@whitespace-design.co.uk
When do we send our wedding invitations?
We recommend that you send your invitations no later than 6 weeks, but preferably 3 months before your wedding.
How soon do we need to order our wedding stationery?
Wedding stationery needs to be ordered at the very latest 4 months before your wedding, preferably 6 months, as some colours are special order items that we don't keep in stock.
Will we get a proof of any wedding stationery that we may order?
Yes. You will receive pdf proofs via email for you to approve. If required final proofs of your wedding stationery can be posted to you before printing.
Once we order our wedding stationery, how long is it before it is delivered?
We would like you to approve your stationery 4 weeks before you need it delivered. But we usually dispatch your order within 2 weeks of receiving approval. We cannot start printing your order until it has been approved by you. This can be done via email.
What if we need our wedding stationery quickly?
If you need your stationery in a hurry, please contact us at info@whitespace-design.co.uk. Depending on our work load at that time, we can provide an express service at no extra cost.
Do we have to order all of our wedding stationery at the same time?
No. You are free to make an initial order for your wedding invitations, and a further orders for your order of service, placecards, thank you cards.
Can we change colours, text and fonts or use our own images on the stationery?

What if we run out of wedding invitations?
We advise you to order a few spare blank invitations as there may be people you have forgotten. You may also want one to put in your wedding albumn for a keepsake.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a minimum order of 20 for all wedding stationery, unless otherwise stated.
How much is post and packaging?
Postage charge to the UK is £4.95 Postage charges to the Republic of Ireland are as follows: orders under £100 is £9.50, orders £100-£200 is £12.45, orders £200-£300 is £14.95 and orders over £300 is £19.95. Anywhere else in the world please contact our office for prices.
Can you ship to anywhere in the world?
Yes, please contact us for a quotation for shipping costs. All orders may be subject to local taxes and custom charges.
